    Dear sir/madam, I have been happily using the starter API key to get weather related data for visualization on a map. However, I wish to use a bit more than just the 100 calls per week and was wondering whether it is possible to get a couple more starter API keys Luke

  • Certificate has expired

    I cannot use the API because the certificate is only valid from 5/10/2018 until 4/25/2020. Please renew the certificate and set a reminder for the next renewal. Certificates are checked for validity, so without valid certificate the APIs do not work.

  • Observations_GetObservationsBySites API endpoint not working as expected

    Hello, I'm trying to use the above API endpoint to return observations for multiple sites but im receiving no results. For example, my query is as follows: https://apimgmt.www.wow.metoffice.gov.uk/api/observations/bysites?site_ids=[c641d782-96d6-e811-a8eb-0003ff599f7c,33a671f3-7dc1-e811-a8eb-0003ff5999e3]&start_time=2019-03-30T00:00:00Z&end_time=2019-03-31T23:59:59Z I have checked both of these sites and they both contain observations accessible via the single site endpoint Observations_GetObservationsBySite I have tried removing the [] around site_ids, but that isn't working either. Is there an issue with this API endpoint? Any help appreciated. Thanks Shaun

  • Site search using geolocation boundaries not returning results

    Hello, I'm trying to query the Sites Search API to return a list of sites within a geolocation boundary however no results are coming through. Using the text search works, for example a query to: https://apimgmt.www.wow.metoffice.gov.uk/api/sites/search?text=bendigo Returns one site at longitude: 144.327499389648, latitude: -36.7411003112793 However searching using geolocation boundaries which encompasses the above location will not return this result. E.g: https://apimgmt.www.wow.metoffice.gov.uk/api/sites/search?longitudeStart=144.30&latitudeStart=-36.72&longitudeEnd=144.34&latitudeEnd=-36.76 An empty array is returned.
